CANCELLATION POLICY
⏳ Booking & Deposits A 40–50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward your total service. ⸻ 📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit. ⸻ 🚫 No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their appointment will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings. ⸻ ⏱ Late Policy Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may forfeit their deposit. ⸻ 🔁 Same-Day Changes Same-day cancellations or changes are not permitted. ⸻ 🎨 COLOR SERVICES POLICY All color services require a consultation for new clients or major changes. Color services are non-refundable. Results may vary based on hair condition and history. ⸻ 👑 EXTENSIONS POLICY All extension services require a consultation prior to booking. Hair must be purchased from the salon for all extension coloring services. Extension services require a deposit and strict adherence to booking policies. ⸻ 🔀 COLOR + EXTENSION APPOINTMENTS Color and installation services are scheduled as separate appointments. No same-day color and install appointments are allowed. ⸻ 💎 WIG SERVICES POLICY All custom wig units require a consultation. Custom wig units are non-refundable. Wig coloring and installation services are scheduled separately. ⸻ 💨 STEAM THERAPY & TREATMENT POLICY Steam therapy sessions are performed for 15–30 minutes per visit based on hair condition. Services may be adjusted or declined to maintain hair integrity. ⸻ 📦 PACKAGE POLICY All service packages must be used within 90 days of purchase. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in loss of a session. ⸻ 🧴 HAIR SALES POLICY All hair sales (virgin and raw hair) are final sale. Hair must be purchased prior to installation and/or coloring services. ⸻ ⚠️ SERVICE CONDITIONS Service times and pricing may vary based on hair length, density, and condition.
